Come out on Martin Luther King Jr.'s birthday , Monday January 19th, to the Cuyahoga County Justice Center, 1200 Ontario(go to Lakeside entrance) from noon to 2pm. It is organized mainly by Black on Black organization and other groups. It is a protest against the disparity in sentencing between Black people and white people as well as treatment in the jails, brutality by the police in and out of jail and the police murders going on especially among minorities. We cannot forget the people in jail right now and many that have been killed in jail and out of jail, ie. Sean Levert, Sean Bell, Rodney King, Brandon MC Cloud, Angelo Miller, Timothy THomas, Amadou Diallo, Jeffery Stevens, and scores of others. We demand an end to racism in the courts, proper health care, fair treatment in the jails, no targeting of young people and excessive force by the police. We stand in solidarity with heroic Gaza as well so... Afterwards there will be a march in support of the people of Palestine to the rock and roll hall of fame....Don't use our tax dollars to kill children!
